| What is WebEC? The WebEC Solution is an internet window for our customers to access products and services provides by BFS.. WebEC provides for advanced Product Catalog information. Product information can be viewed in table form with drill-down access to provide even more information including product images, inventory status, usage statistics and more. Product categories organize products into logical groupings for our customers convenience. Once an order has been placed, the customer can check the Order Status. The sequence in which orders are listed is user definable as well. Once viewed, the customer can drill down into the Order Detail page for more information on any order. Using the Track It button you will see up-to-the-minute shipping information via links to shipper sites. The Order Entry routines are integrated to BFS security features. This assures that the person placing the order has the clearance to do so. We can send E-mail Order Acknowledgements that are automatically routed to the Customer, Buyer and/or CSR. If an item being requisitioned causes the product to fall below the reorder point, the customer and/or the CSR can be automatically notified. When the customer has completed entering the order, the Picking Tickets print out in our warehouse. Forms Management Reporting is also completely customizable. Customers can view or print reports including Warehouse Release, Inventory Valuation, Detailed Usage Trend Analysis and more.
